Saddle pressure measurements presentation & workshop in Best

A
presentation and workshop was held for the riders club in Best,
focusing on topics in the
topline of the horse. An equine veterinarian was invited as well as an
equine osteopath, to explain the background of some topline issues like
kissing spines. Further Linda presented the saddle
pressure measurements and explained how training methods and the riders seat influence the back and movements of the horse.
She also gave a live demonstration for the inquisitive audience.
Notably the various examples of poor saddle fitting and their
consequences for the horse were very enlighting.
