Carina at KWPN 2010 Nationals

Carina (by Florencio) was invited to the KWPN (Dutch Warmblood Stud Book) national championships, due to her winnings at the LImburg regionals.

She did her best, set no foot wrong and was pleasant all over, but... competition was stiff: the 39 best 3-year old mares of the Nehterlands put their best feet forwards as well. Someone had to win, and it was not Carina this time.

Anyway, we had a good time and it was a very learning experience for Carina, who is now preparing for her career as broodmare, expecting her first foal by Jazz in 2011.
