FlexChair & saddle pressure

An combined workshop on improving the riders position on the horse was given in Heukelom (near Tilburg). Combining flexchair training and measurements with our saddle pressure measurement system gave additional insight to the riders.

An interesting exercize was to put the rider on the bare sensor pad to see his/her impact on the saddle and on the horse (imprints of the seatbones could be seen). This also revealed someone's natural tendency to sit left or right in the saddle. It provided insight in the symmetry of the riders seat, and his/her capability to move the seat, without changing the overall body position.
